Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't see a quick way to reallocate my CPU time equally to all projects, especially when I add a new project to my list, when the newly-added project seems to grab a disproportionate CPU time share.
Can someone tell me the steps to equalize the CPU time shared between all my projects?
