For 4 days now my gridrepublic has not worked.., Is it my computer or gridrepublic that has the problem?Huh

I am having a lot of problems trying to get GridRepublic on my screen savor. I haven't used it for a long time as I couldn't get it to work. It may be just me as I'm not good at computers. I down loaded it but it heeps telling me I'm not connected. Hope you can help.
