Hi

I've installed GR 6.8.23 and attached to E@H .....everything went smoothly, but the work units exit wiht status zero ....over and over again ....i reset the project and the same thing is happening. I'm using an iMac duo core 4GB Ram 2.4Ghz proc. snow leopard 10.6.5

Can anyone give me a clue to what's happening?

Are you running any other projects, if so: any issues with the other projects?

Matt,

Seems to be ok now. Though I had a permissions problem when I auto-started on start up.

Matt can I ask you, how can I use the boinc command line client for mac osx and attach to GR? also how can I display graphics using the commandline client.? I've googled this many times and can not find a working solution.

Thanks

About the permissions issue -- A couple mac users have reported similar problems.  Can you email me the contents of your app's "messages" log?  (if you don't know how to get the log, details are in this thread.)

You can use any reasonably current version of BOINC with GridRepublic.

I'm not really familiar with the Mac command line version, nor the installer for it.  Likely you would just need to uninstall your current app, and then install the new one.  By default, the uninstaller will leave your account info behind, so it should be straightforward: uninstall one then install the other and all should just work automagically.

(It is possible that you will need to decline any invitation to "attach to project" in the BOINC installer; and that you will manually need to 'attach to account manager" instead.  in this latter case, specify www.gridrepublic.org as the account manager address, and your GR username and password, and all should be fine.  but i doubt all this will be needed.)
