Initially, I had a single computer configured with the SETI@home project via BOINC.
Passing time, the network size and the number of projects has grown to the point of having in a single network, multiple computers working with BOINC.
Accordingly, in order to give an adequate organization to the network, I made some changes that affect the results sent by the network computer to a various projects.
An example of this is that in the account status of GridRepublic, there are names of computers that no longer exist in my personal network, because the names of computers on the network have changed.
I could make, to migrate the points accumulated from the apparently non-existent computers, to computers currently in operation?, It must be remembered that the only thing that has changed the computers, are the network names. The technical specifications of each of them, remain the same.

We're working on a feature right now to allow "merging" of hosts. This would let you combine the old name and new name records to do exactly what you're asking.
However, it will be a few weeks or so before this option is available, so please hang in there while we work out the details.
i am also doing the same i have five computers running 11 projects with different task from different locations in the country an i am looking to setup some more.
