Alejandro, I looked up your account and verified that your chart is working, so this is looking like a browser issue of some kind. I'd suggest clearing out your browser cache and cookies, or at least try removing gridrepublic.org cookies specifically if you don't want to wipe everything out.
If that doesn't help, another thing to try is log in using a different browser to see if there is any difference.I think one of these should solve your problem, but if not we can look deeper.
Ok, SETI and PrimeGrid were both solvable on our end, SIMAP and BURP moved and will need updated URL signatures before being corrected (which may take a little time), and Rectilinear Crossing and SHA-1 Collision are both now suspended.
Rectilinear Crossing is close to completion, so there is no longer any work to be done. I don't know what happened to SHA-1 Collision other than it is officially inactive...perhaps complete as well.
Sometimes project servers go down, move to a different URL, or just have an error in one of the mechanisms we use to look up account data. All of the projects mentioned here are falling into one of those categories. I was able to correct SIMAP by updating GR to use their new URL, but the rest will likely have to be solved by the project maintainers.
SETI is giving an empty response to one of our queries, so we'll contact them to see if they can correct that and hopefully it will be updating properly in the next day or so.
Ken, the only other thing I can suggest would be to again change all of your email addresses at the projects directly, as you were doing, but instead of changing them to match the GR email, change them to something that you have not used for GR. Then you can create a new GR account with that email and import all of your projects as they will all have the same email address.
That seems to me to be the cleanest way to do it, if you have another address you can use, of course.
I'd guess one of the security type add ons is the cause. Unfortunately, I can only suggest disabling them and enabling them again one at a time to determine which one it is, then perhaps there is some sort of configuration or override in the add on that can allow GridRepublic to work as expected.
The add on is probably unhappy that there are form elements "hidden" in different tabs--since they are not rendered immediately when the page loads, they must exist solely for the forces of evil. Hopefully there is a remedy in the add on itself.
Your account has the wrong Cross Project Identifier (CPID) for some reason, so you're getting the wrong graph on your dashboard page. This should be corrected automatically when you return here from Facebook. If it isn't, click the "BACK TO FACEBOOK" link at the upper right corner of the page (or just "LOG OUT" if you did not come from Facebook) and then return here again. Your CPID should be updated on login and you should see the correct graph if you click "HOME" in the menu bar above.
Note that it still may take 24 hours or so for the correct graph to appear at Facebook.
What a blunder. I looked up your host records in the database and realized there was a second reason the first fix didn't work and that flaw then carried right on into the next fix. Now I have verified that it works in your specific case, so you really should see the new stats this time.
The fixes worked on my account because I didn't have the problem in the first place, imagine that...
You should see one computer with all the points and updated specs. We plan to have manual merging options in the future, where you could decide which hosts to merge or separate to your preference, but for now we just group by hostname automatically.
The fix yesterday didn't do what I expected it would. I have now fixed that fix with a new fix...should do the trick this time.
