Re: Native BOINC client doesn't start computation after set idle time  Help  Gridrepublic.org 10/25/12 07:27 am

I'd prefer to set up preferences within a client, but it happened the reason is not in GR settings.

The point was that in global settings (which are stored in global_prefs.xml file which is the folder with data for computation) there is a very wierd setting: <suspend_if_no_recent_input>0</suspend_if_no_recent_input> (that's already fixed one string).  Native BOINC client doesn't start computation after set idle time  Help  Gridrepublic.org 10/24/12 03:15 pm

Hello!

Actually, the subject: even if I'm leaving my laptop overnight, computation doesn't start after set idle time (in the morning I saw no progress in computation).

The screenshot of setting is here: http://imageplay.net/view/tya22289395/Settings, I'm running Windows 7 (x64) Professional, BOINC ver. 7.0.2

Can you assist, please?
