I joined 4/7/13 had pc in shop for 4 days to install W 7.
While my computer was home one day (disappointed in pc dealer) I tried to connect to Einstein but it mistook me for a new cruncher; Please restore my credit and standing; I thought I'd be back to finish the tasks I was working on but it took longer than I thought. Delete the new entry that started last week...

I thought I was all set, filled in email, password, and thought I was almost home...then my instructions were to go to "Tools" and click something about "syncromizing" and under 'tools" there was no such option. The form even had my credits on it...Yea!
Other than that, I'd be busy crunching already. Made lots of boo boos and I miss XP so much. How do I get in here anyway
