I have currently two computer with the same projects on BOINC. But I would like one computer to compute mostly for a specific project. So I've seen that I have to change "Project Resource-Share" but how can I do to apply change to only one of my computers ? I would like 50-50 for computer1 and 80-20 for computer2.

Sorry -- unfortunately, via GR, there is not a way to have separate resource shares for individual computers. This is the sort of design tradeoff one makes to keep the user interface simple.
(*You could create two accounts -- one for each computer. But that's not a great solution, either...)
