Login Problem - Cant Login

Hi,

My account is from 11/05/2007. Since that year i have not connect any more. Now, i want to login an its imposible. It's constantly saying that i should verify my account name and password. I reset my password after read about Login Problems, but it doesnt solve.

Solved! After reseting my password, i try again but writing my email and password. The spanish translation say "User Account" not "User Email". Please, try to put it right.

Thanks. Just curious -- is the page (with the wrong label) in the website or in the desktop software? Can you tell me a URL or post a screenshot here?
