Was just wondering if there is a way to configure the software to use different hard drives? My main windows installation (c:) is small and I dont want space being taken up there. I have other drives which have gigs of room so if I can configure the software to download and compute on those it would be great.

The custom location for installation option is available in the standard BOINC download at this time.
The BOINC download found here gives you the installation location options and the BOINC download is compatible with GridRepublic and Progress Thru Processors. You will need to attach the desktop program manually to GridRepublic through these simple instructions.
